Heather ‘The Heat’ Hardy 21(4)-0-0 from Brooklyn, will for a second time put her undefeated record on the line against Shelly Vincent 23(1)-1-0. The last time these two met was back in August 2016 when Hardy took the win by mixed decision, to walk away with the World Boxing Council International Female title.

I expect this fight to be pretty much the same as the last time with Hardy again coming out the victor especially since she has a 10cm height advantage a 7cm reach advantage.

Friday October 26, 2018, sees Lublin, Poland play host to the WBO World Female Super Featherweight title bout, which sees local lady Ewa Brodnicka 15(2)-0-0 defend her title against South Africa’s Nozipho Bell 8(3)-1-1.

For me this will be a Brodnicka victory as she will have the home crowd cheering her on, whereas Bell has never fought outside of South Africa, this will be a whole new world to her and I think the occasion will be too great for her. Brodnicka also has nearly double the fights under belt than her opponent.

Saturday October 27, 2018, sees Mexico host the WBC World Female Bantamweight title fight between the current champion, Mexico’s Mariana Juarez 50(18)-9(3)-4 and her opponent Australia’s Susie Ramadan 27(12)-2(0)-0.

Ramadan’s only two fights outside of Australia where in Mexico where she suffered her only two ever defeats. This fight could be a close one but I think the home advantage for Juarez will tip this bout in her favour.

Switzerland also hosts a Female World title fight in the form of the WBA World Female Super Flyweight Title, between defending champion Mexican Maribel Ramirez 12(3)-9(4)-2 and the challenger Aniya Seki 34(5)-3(2)-2.

Although Ramirez is the defending champion she is travelling to the challengers training base in Switerland to defend her title. Not only will Seki enjoy the home town support but she is far more experiences on the World stage having previously held the Global Boxing Union World title, the Woman’s IBF World title, and the WBC silver world titles all at Super flyweight and Bantamweight.

On the night I believe Seki will win, Ramirez deserves credit for being willing to go anywhere to defend her belt but I think her opponent will be too much for her.
